Description

In May 2007, seven U.Va. students traveled to El Salvador to learn from Salvadoran women, men, and youth working for social justice through the course “Women in Central America: Local Activism in Global Perspective.” These students will describe their experiences and impressions at the opening of their collaborative photographic exhibit of images taken during their course on September 28, 2007 from 4 – 6pm at Kaleidoscope Center, Newcomb Hall. The exhibit will continue until October 17.
