Description
In order to show that the Iraq war was a mistake and is still a mistake, we will gather outside of Virgil Goode's office downtown for nonviolent protest and commemoration of the 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution.
This is a nonviolent expression of opposition to Virgil Goode's support of the Iraq War.
This will not be an act of civil disobedience and all effort will be made to obey the laws concerning protest on the mall.
There is a UVa football home game that day, the time has not been announced yet, hopefully 1 to 4 will be an optimal time for protest, if the game is set for noon we may start later but for now the plan is 1:00.
