Only The Left Have Rights
I am always confused by free speech advocates that refuse to allow those who disagree with them to speak or for that matter allow others to hear that speech. I of course am referring to the ceremony this past 4th at Monticello. I was in the crowd with my family and had waited hours to hear the President’s speech and was denied that right by a small but very disruptive group of protesters. Now I will fight for anyone’s right to free speech but not when it interferes with someone else’s rights. I am sure no one would put up with me sitting in front of them in a movie and expressing my right to free speech by talking through the entire film thus interfering with their enjoyment. But then again that is different, for after all, liberals are the only people with rights. I guess because I support (to a certain degree) an unpopular president I have no rights.
Bush speech
Willh.
If you had been in the crowd 3/4 of the way back you would have had difficulty hearing it. The cameras and microphones were up front. I also was able to hear it on the internet. However I didn't wait around for a total of five hours to have to end up listening to it on the net. Don't excuse bad behavior (usurping others rights).

Bush speech at Monticello
I didn't have any trouble hearing the content of the speech when listening on the Internet. The protestors didn't prevent me from hearing it.
