IRAQ is the Cradle of Civilization. It was the birthplace of Abraham, the patriarch of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. It was in Iraq that humanity first created written language, mathematics, and a code of law.

TODAY, Iraqi refugees fresh from the trauma of war are arriving in the U.S., arriving here in towns and neighborhoods across our nation. Some have had family members targeted and killed. Many face psychological and medical problems. All of them desperately need our support.
