The event is open to the public with no admission charge.
Light refreshments will be served.
Chief Billy Redwing Tayac will speak on the issues and politics that affect not only American Indians, but indegeonous peoples everywhere, such as the United Nations' newly-adopted Declaration of Rights of Indigeonous Peoples. The United States was one of only four countries to reject the declaration.
